Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while creating estimates and coordinating repair needs. The role requires accurate damage appraisal, communication with customers and insurers, and collaboration with the team to meet facility KPIs.

The Estimator will ensure all interactions are well-documented, guide customers through the repair process, and maintain compliance with DRP and insurance requirements.

Qualifications

• Awareness of where to look for answers
• Basic computer skills
• Compliance for DRP’s minimum of 1 year experience
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsabilités

• Document every customer interaction accurately and update with pertinent details
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through repair process
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW Operating Ways
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members
• Greet customers and maintain positive energy in person and over the phone
• Understand required Insurance programs and procedures
• Participate in daily production walks with Management
• Support team members as needed
• Attend Health & Safety and staff meetings when required
• Attend training sessions and workshops recommended by Store Manager
