Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage, coordinating repairs, and communicating with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least one year of related experience, and basic computer skills. I-CAR training and a valid driver’s license are preferred. Excellent communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in related role.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Awareness of DRP’s and insurance processes.

Responsabilités

• Document and update customer interactions with repair details.
• Provide accurate information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and WOW standards.
• Participate in daily production walks and team meetings.
• Assist team members as needed and attend trainings.
• Support store manager’s guidance and safety practices.
