Job summary

The Estimator role focuses on creating accurate damage appraisals, coordinating repairs, and maintaining open communication with customers and insurance companies to drive KPIs.

The position requires knowledge of repairs, OE guidelines, and basic computer skills, with at least one year of experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP's.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Ensure adherence to WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, communication, and delivery.
• Relay customer requests to the appropriate team members.
