Job summary

Chilton Auto Body in Oakland, CA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to guide customers through the repair process and coordinate with partners. Entry-level; auto body collision repair experience, including CCC One, is a real plus. You will greet customers, explain the flow, handle intake, payments, and documentation, and support the location manager. Strong communication, organization, and teamwork are essential.

Bilingual Spanish is a plus. Shift is 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Experience in the automotive industry preferred, CCC One knowledge a real plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the team to meet shared objectives.
• Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication with customers and partners.
• Proficient with computers and software tools.
• Valid drivers' license and eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers by phone or in person and explain the repair process.
• Complete vehicle intake: map damage, photograph, document work files.
• Handle payments, update ARMS portal, and assist with expense documentation.
• Participate in required role-based training and internal programs.
• Detailing cars after repair before delivery to customers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
