Qualificações

• High school diploma required.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Previous auto body shop or vehicle service industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers in person and by phone in a friendly manner.
• Secure repair authorizations and create customer files.
• Manage customer information and insurance claim clerical tasks.
• Coordinate rentals and communicate with insurance companies and vendors.
• Open and update repair orders, track vehicle status, and relay updates to customers.
• Process payments and assist with file closing and documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized office environment and handle clerical duties.
