Classic Collision is hiring a Customer Service Representative. You will serve as the first impression for customers, explaining the repair process, assisting with insurance claims, and coordinating rental cars and tow services for a one-stop experience.

The role supports DRP assignments, invoice handling, payments, and maintaining a welcoming waiting area. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Valid driver's license and be eligible for company insurance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Explain and educate customers on repair process, including insurance claims.
• Maintain knowledge of insurer requirements for authorizations, billing, and load levels.
• Coordinate Rental Car and Tow services for one-stop service.
• Ensure vehicles are delivered to customers by the service advisor or backup teammate.
• Assist with customer communication during the repair process.
• Monitor DRP assignments, estimates, and repair appointments.
• Follow up on DRP assignments to maintain center sales.
• Maintain DRP logbooks and ARMS daily.
• Secure proper payments and reconcile invoices to payables.
• Maintain customer waiting area and comfort items.
• Perform other administrative tasks as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
