Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries by phone, email, text, and online lead platforms.
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Schedule and confirm sales and service appointments.
• Provide customers with accurate, helpful information while creating excitement about their visit.
• Follow up consistently with customers throughout the inquiry and appointment process.
• Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the dealership CRM.
• Partner closely with dealership leadership, sales, and service teams.
