Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in retail sales management within the automotive aftermarket.
• Proven track record in driving sales growth and building long-term customer partnerships.
• Strong leadership and project team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, pricing strategies, and KPIs.
