PHINIA is seeking a Retail Strategic Account Manager to join our North America Aftermarket team, remote with travel up to 40%. You will identify growth opportunities, build relationships with major retail accounts, and shape sales strategies with internal teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in retail automotive aftermarket sales, strong leadership, and solid skills in CRM, analytics, and budgeting. Travel and collaboration across marketing and product will be essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail sales management within automotive aftermarket.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and building customer partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities and develop initiatives to expand market share and revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail customers and decision-makers.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to refine sales strategies.
• Collaborate on annual business plans with retail partners for inventory, merchandising, and promotions.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts to ensure profitability and competitiveness.
