Job summary

Centria is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA. You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

We provide comprehensive training so you are equipped to help each child, even without prior experience.

Qualifications

• Patience and compassion when working with children with autism.
• Willingness to work in a collaborative team with BCBA supervision.
• Ability to obtain required certifications and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement behavior plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
