Job summary

Centria is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians. As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing tailored intervention plans under a BCBA. You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive training. You will need to be patient, compassionate, and able to lift up to 50 pounds. Pay range is $18-$25 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18+ years of age required.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification and TB test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, stand, bend, kneel, etc.).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Centria Registered Behavior Technician Certification after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Support children to reach their full potential in a patient, compassionate team environment.
