Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA, using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age; high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and TB test.
• Background check required; ability to pass pre-employment screening.
• Must be able to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification after onboarding and prior to start.

Responsibilities
