Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians. The RBT will work one-on-one with children with autism under the guidance of a BCBA, using evidence-based methods to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

The role requires patience, compassion, and teamwork. Training is provided. Physical demands include standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Salary range is $20-$29 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Patient and compassionate; able to work in a team.
• 21+ years of age; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Ensure safety; help children with activities and transitions as directed.
