Job summary

Centria Autism is hiring a Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized intervention plans and use evidence-based methods to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

Qualifications

• Patience and compassion to work with children with autism.
• Ability to work well in a team setting.
• Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications and a TB test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under a BCBA.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Reduce interfering behaviors and support child development.
