Job summary

Centria is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in Manassas, Virginia. As an RBT, you will work one-on-one under a BCBA, implementing evidence-based interventions to teach communication, social and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

Pay range is $24–$28 per hour. The role requires standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and obtaining CPR/First Aid certification.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR and First Aid certification and TB test must be obtained.
• Able to move and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must obtain RBT certification after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social and daily living skills.
• Help reduce interfering behaviors.
• Participate in comprehensive training provided by Centria.
