Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our center-based team in Tempe, AZ. You will deliver center-based OT to children with autism, collaborating with SLPs, BCBAs, and RBTs while providing training to families and staff.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT).
• NBCOT Certification.
• Current State Licensure.
• Strong organization, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and oral communication with colleagues, direct reports, and caregivers.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Be flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the team across the organization.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Must have knowledge of MacOS and be comfortable operating in a primarily MacOS environment.
• Proficiency with CentralReach and Tableau.
• Ability to maintain required licensure to practice while employed.

Responsibilities

• Providing center-based occupational therapy for children with autism.
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of other experienced individuals, including SLPs, BCBAs, and RBTs.
• Provide training to team members and families.
• Conduct assessments.
• Create Treatment Plans.
• Monitor and manage the progress of clients.
