Job summary

Easterseals Southern California is seeking a Program Supervisor to work under a BCBA supervision framework, providing program management and specialized behavior intervention services for individuals with ASD. You will collaborate with the BCBA and Interventionists to develop programs, write progress reports, and ensure data accuracy.

The role requires a Masters in a relevant field, 2 years of ASD experience, CPR certification, and the ability to travel up to 30% locally.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field with ASD experience is required.
• CPR certification must be current and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Behavior Interventionists and maintain program records with data fidelity.
• Lead monthly progress updates for each family and coordinate with BCBA and team.
• Develop and implement intervention plans and write progress notes.
• Deliver parent education and monitor child/adult skill acquisition in natural settings.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to program policies and regulations.
