Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA and use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

The role requires empathy, patience, and teamwork. Comprehensive training is provided, with pay range $19-$24 per hour.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age; high school diploma or GED; ability to obtain CPR/First Aid & TB test.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
