Job summary

Centria Autism seeks enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA. You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while ensuring a safe, supportive environment.

Training is provided, and no prior experience is required. Candidates should be passionate about helping children with autism, patient, and team-oriented.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates empathy and patience when working with children with autism.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow BCBA guidance.
• Must be 18+ years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and TB test.
• Pre-employment background check must be passable.
• Ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
