Job summary

Centr ia Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one with kids under the guidance of a BCBA, teaching communication, social and daily living skills with evidence-based methods.

You should be patient, compassionate, and a team player. Training is provided; physical tasks may include lifting up to 50 pounds as part of daily activities. Pay range is $19–$24 per hour.

Qualifications

• Patience and empathy required to work with children with autism.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow BCBA guidance.
• Commitment to safety and child-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques and reduce interfering behaviors.
• Participate in training and follow safety routines while supporting families.
