Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to join our team. You will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA and using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

We offer comprehensive training, and you will develop patience, compassion, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Patience and compassion to work with children with autism.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification and TB test.
• Registered Behavior Technician certification required within 45 days of onboarding.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with BCBA and other team members to reduce interfering behaviors.
