Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior plans under the guidance of a BCBA. You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while helping reduce challenging behaviors.

We provide comprehensive training and a collaborative, supportive environment. The role involves physical activities and lifting up to 50 pounds, with a pay range of $19–$20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, stand, bend, etc.)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities
