CENTRIA AUTISM is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing personalized behavior intervention plans under a BCBA supervision and using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

We provide comprehensive training to prepare you, with a focus on safety and compassionate care. The role includes physical activity and requires lifting up to 50 pounds alongside a supportive team

Formación

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification and TB test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Candidates must obtain a Registered Behavior Technician Certification after onboarding.

Responsabilidades

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Operate under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Contribute to a safe and supportive learning environment for the child and family.
