Job summary

Centria Healthcare is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA, using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

The role requires patience, teamwork, and a willingness to learn; training will be provided. You may need to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and be CPR/First Aid certified.

Qualifications

• Support children with autism using behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Willingness to undergo comprehensive training and learn evidence-based techniques.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and obtain required certifications.
