Centria Autism is hiring Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized behavior plans and use evidence-based methods to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

We provide comprehensive training and a supportive team environment. The role involves physical activity and lifting up to 50 pounds, with a competitive pay range and opportunities for growth.

Formación

• Passion for helping children with autism and teamwork are essential.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test if not current.
• Eligible for a pre-employment background check and clearance.
• Must be able to move, lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Work one-on-one with children under a BCBA's guidance.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans using evidence-based techniques.
• Teach communication, social and daily living skills and reduce interfering behaviors.
• Participate in training and collaborate with the team.
