Job summary

Centria Healthcare is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism. You will implement individualized plans under the supervision of a BCBA, teaching communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based methods. Training is provided for those without prior experience.

The role requires patience, teamwork, and physical ability to assist children weighing up to 50 pounds. Competitive pay ranges and meaningful impact on families are offered.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test (if you haven’t had one in the last year)
• Ability to pass a pre employment background check
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, stand, kneel, etc.)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Candidates must obtain an Registered Behavior Technician Certification after completing onboarding

Responsibilities
