Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one with kids, applying behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance and teaching communication, social, and daily living skills.

Training is provided, no prior experience required, and you will participate in a structured program designed to empower each child. Applicants should be patient, compassionate, and comfortable with varying activity levels and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a team and follow BCBA guidance.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one instruction under a BCBA supervision.
