Job summary

Centria Healthcare is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism. You will implement individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA and use evidence-based methods to build communication, social, and daily living skills while minimizing challenging behaviors.

• Ability to work well in a team and follow BCBA guidance.
• Willingness to learn and complete required training.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.
