Job summary

Centria Healthcare is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one with clients, implementing individualized plans under a BCBA, and use evidence-based methods to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated passion for helping children with autism.
• Willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and TB test.
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move with children up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Reduce interfering behaviors and support overall development.
