Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to join our team in Mount Pleasant, MI. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

Pay range is $17 - $20 per hour. We provide comprehensive training, a supportive team environment, and opportunities to grow within the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
CPR and First Aid certification and TB test required.
Background check completion required.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Work one-on-one with children implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.
Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
Contribute to a supportive team environment and participate in comprehensive training.
Assist in creating a positive, structured learning atmosphere for children with autism.
