Job summary

Centria Autism seeks enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one under a BCBA, using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

You'll receive comprehensive training, be part of a compassionate team, and perform physical tasks as needed (standing, lifting up to 50 pounds). Pay ranges from $17 to $20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Passion for helping children with autism and a caring nature.
• Able to work with children one-on-one under supervision.
• Comfortable with physical demands and standing/walking.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Maintain safety and support positive client outcomes.
• Assist with daily activities and behavior support as needed.
