Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism under a BCBA supervision. The role focuses on teaching communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based strategies.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age and a high school diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid certification and TB test may be required.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children; implement individualized behavior plans under BCBA guidance.
• Assist in teaching communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Must be able to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and move in various positions as needed.
