Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking passionate Behavior Technicians in Eaton Rapids, Michigan. In this role, you will work directly with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Your responsibilities include teaching vital skills, being physically active, and being part of a team dedicated to making a difference. You will receive comprehensive training, ensuring you're equipped to support and help each child succeed.

The position offers a pay range of $17 - $20 per hour along with perks like career advancement and access to discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Must be able to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Reduce interfering behaviors under guidance of a BCBA.
