Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA and using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

We offer comprehensive training, a supportive team environment, and a pay range of $19–$24 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18+ years of age.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification and a TB test.
• Pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Patience, compassionate, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to children under BCBA guidance.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Work as part of a team to implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Monitor progress and document outcomes.
