CentrIa Autism is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children with autism under the guidance of a BCBA. You will use evidence-based methods to teach communication, social and daily living skills while managing challenging behaviors.

Applicants should be patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team. Training is provided, and lifting up to 50 pounds may be required as part of daily activities.

Qualifications

• Requires compassion and willingness to work with children with autism.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
• Pass a pre-employment background check.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral intervention under BCBA supervision.
