Centria Autism in the United States is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children with autism, delivering individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA and using evidence-based techniques.

You will develop communication, social, and daily living skills while promoting a safe, supportive environment. Training is provided; this role involves physical activity and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.
• Provide comprehensive training and support to empower each child and family.
