Centria Autism is hiring Behavior Technicians to support children with autism through one-on-one intervention under a BCBA. You will implement individualized plans and use evidence-based strategies to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

No prior experience is required; comprehensive training is provided. The role involves physical activity with children, lifting up to 50 pounds, and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18+ years of age.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and TB test.
• Pass background check before employment.
• Ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans and evidence-based techniques.
• Help teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with a team to support each child's progress.
