Centria Healthcare is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one with clients, implementing individualized plans under the guidance of a BCBA. Training is provided to help you succeed in this rewarding role.

Candidates should be patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team. The job requires physical activity and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds; CPR/First Aid and TB testing may be required.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• CPR/First Aid and TB test certifications (if not on file).
• Word on background check requirements.
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement individualized behavior plans.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Reduce interfering behaviors while using evidence-based techniques.
• Participate in training provided by the company.
