Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one with clients, implementing individualized behavior plans under the guidance of a BCBA, focusing on communication, social, and daily living skills.

Training is provided, and you’ll join a team that values patience, compassion, and collaborative care. Expect activities that involve standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and flexible scheduling as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test.
• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Work one-on-one with children to teach communication, social and daily living skills.
• Maintain safety and support during client interactions.
