Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism in a supportive team atmosphere. You will implement personalized behavior plans under a BCBA, teaching communication and daily living skills using evidence-based strategies.

Ideal candidates are patient, compassionate, and ready to complete onboarding. Training is provided, and responsibilities may include standing, walking, lifting, and other activities as required to support

Qualifications

• Demonstrates empathy and patience when working with children with autism.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow BCBA instruction.
• Willingness to obtain required certifications and complete onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing individualized behavior plans.
• Use evidence-based techniques to develop communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Participate in activities that may require lifting up to 50 pounds and varying positions.
• Support safety and supervision during therapy sessions.
