Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one under a BCBA, implementing tailored behavior plans and using evidence-based methods to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

Ideal candidates are patient, compassionate, and team-oriented. Training is provided; lifting up to 50 pounds may be required as children move and participate in activities.

Qualificações

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and TB test.

Responsabilidades

• Work one-on-one with children under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.
