Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism under the guidance of a BCBA. You will implement individualized behavior plans, teaching communication, social and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.

We offer comprehensive training and a supportive team environment. The role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a commitment to safety and child welfare.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team
• Comfortable with physical requirements (standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs)
• Able to obtain CPR, First Aid and TB test
• Pass background check and meet age requirement (18+)

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under a BCBA supervision
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques
• Support safety and positive engagement during sessions
