Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. You will help teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques in a supportive team environment.

Role involves standing/walking and physical activity; training is provided. Pay ranges from $17–$20 per hour, with ongoing opportunities to grow in the field of behavioral analysis.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age; high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Sits/stands frequently throughout the day.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Assist with implementing behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
