Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children, implementing tailored behavior plans under BCBA supervision. You will use evidence-based methods to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while supporting families.

No prior experience required; training provided. Pay ranges from $17 to $20 per hour, with opportunities to grow within a structured program and positive impact on childrens lives.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Willing to obtain CPR, First Aid and TB testing if not current.
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Able to move and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children with autism under BCBA guidance.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans using evidence-based techniques.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Reduce interfering behaviors and support family goals.
