Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one under the direction of a BCBA, applying evidence-based strategies to improve communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

Training is provided, with a pay range of $17–$20 per hour. The role includes physical activity and teamwork in a collaborative environment, and certification pathways are supported by the company.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Move and lift up to 50 pounds and be prepared for active involvement with clients.
