Job summary

Centria is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one with clients, implementing individualized intervention plans under a BCBA, teaching communication, social, and daily living skills.

No experience required; we provide comprehensive training. You must be patient, compassionate, and able to stand and lift up to 50 pounds. Pay ranges from $18 to $25 per hour, with pathways for certification and growth within Centria Autism.

Qualifications

• Patience, compassion and ability to work well in a team.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid certification and TB test.
• Background check requirement.
• Ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Registered Behavior Technician certification after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior plans under BCBA guidance.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Reduce interfering behaviors.
