Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing personalized behavior plans under a BCBA's guidance, teaching communication and daily living skills while reducing disruptive behaviors.

Training is provided, with a focus on growth and impact. Pay ranges from $18 to $25 per hour, with eligibility for comprehensive benefits through Centria.

Qualifications

• Requires passion for helping children with autism.
• Patient and compassionate attitude; able to work in a team.
• Must be 18+ years old; high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and TB test.
• Must pass pre-employment background check.
• Must be able to move and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under BCBA guidance.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social and daily living skills.
• Assist children in reducing interfering behaviors and implementing intervention plans.
