Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to join our team. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing tailored intervention plans under a BCBA’s supervision. Training is provided to equip you with evidence-based methods to teach communication, social and daily living skills.

We value compassion, teamwork, and dedication. The role requires physical activity to assist children, with a pay range of $18–$25 per hour and opportunities for growth within Centria.

Qualifications

• Must be passionate about helping children with autism.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Must be able to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification and TB test.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.
• Must be able to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with a team and participate in training provided by Centria.
• Contribute to a supportive, safe environment for children and families.
