Job summary

Centria is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one, implementing individualized intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA, teaching communication, social, and daily living skills.

We provide comprehensive training, a supportive team environment, and the chance to make a meaningful impact. The role involves physical tasks and requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds when assisting children.

Qualifications

• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification and TB test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• No prior experience needed; training provided.

Responsibilities
