Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one to implement individualized intervention plans under a BCBA, teaching communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

We provide comprehensive training; candidates should be patient, compassionate, and able to work in a team. The role involves physical activity and lifting up to 50 pounds as needed, with pay range $18-24 per hour.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior plans under BCBA guidance.
• Work one-on-one with children to teach communication and daily living skills.
• Support safety by supervising activities and handling challenging behavior.
